CASH PICKUP - Fee starts at 8.00 CAD
Family Express has partnered with 16,000 pick-up stations all over the Philippines to allow beneficiaries to pick up their remittance proceeds at a nearest and convenient location Beneficiaries may pick up their cash using one reference number from any of the pick-up stations of M Lhuillier; Cebuana Lhuillier; Palawan Pawnshops, Tambunting Pawnsops, Villarica Pawnshops, GCash outlets, all branches of Bank of Commerce and all BDO Remit stations including BDO Bank, SM Department Store, and SM Business Center within the day from the time the money is sent, as long as payment of the remittance is via IOP. If the remittance is paid via Interac e-transfer, the cash will be available within a few hours after payment is received.
Family Express provides SMS notification services to beneficiaries. Senders no longer need to notify their beneficiaries to pick-up their cash, as long as they provide valid mobile phone numbers. With SMS, beneficiaries are notified that their funds are already available for pick-up.
DIRECT CREDIT-TO-ACCOUNT - Fee starts at 8.00 CAD
Family Express will credit the account of the beneficiary within the same day as long as banks are open in the Philippines. List of Banks are available as drop down list if Bank Deposit is chosen as Remit Service Mode.
SMS Notification is also sent to the beneficiary to inform them that the funds are already available in his/her account.
HOME DELIVERY - Fee starts at 10.00 CAD
For door to door services, Family Express courier services deliver the cash to the beneficiary's address within 1 to 2 days for Metro Manila addresses and 2 to 3 days for provincial address.
SMS Notification is also sent to the beneficiary to inform them that the cash is already available for delivery.
FOOD DELIVERY - Fee starts at 8.00 CAD
Family Express now provides Food Delivery Transactions from Jollibee and Max’s Restaurant. Jollibee and Max’s provides home delivery to beneficiaries located within short distances of one of their branches; otherwise, they will call beneficiaries to arrange for pick-up of the food order.
